Changing it up a bit this week. It is so time consuming for me to write out my blog posts, which is why they are usually late and I am not as consistent as I wish I was. So instead, this week I am going to try the video blog, or "vlog" as some people like to call it. This is so much faster. I hope you enjoy the change this week :)
Week 1 is done!
But before I start talking about the week, let me give a brief explanation of what the Ultimate Reset is!

We take in so many toxins through the food we eat or just within our environment that I decided I need a reset.
Not only did I want the reset to help my body get healthier but I NEEDED a reset to help me hit my birthday goal, but more importantly to help me change my habits and my lifestyle.
I did not post last weekend, not because I had a bad week, but because I had that same week I had been having over and over again for months now and I couldn't figure out what I could write to give advise or be inspiring. I sat down many times and tried writing, I had nothing. That is why I decided to do the reset. I needed something to help me!
I had changed my habits for the better, way better than before, but it still wasn't good enough to hit the goals I want to hit!
