Have you ever made a plan eat healthy all week and exercise everyday, but then life gets in the way?
Have you ever gone to a social event with the best of intentions to stay from the buffet table, but find yourself filling your plate before the evening is over?
We have all been there and done that, and we all want to change that about ourselves, right! (I know I do!)
If you have tried countless other ways to get healthy but none of them worked, if you are looking for something new that isn't a quick fix or a magic pill, but instead something that will last a lifetime, then keep reading.
If you are still reading, but you are not willing to do those things, well then come back next week and hopefully you will like my next blog post better, because this week I am looking for women who are tired of failing at this diet or that diet. I am looking for women who are tired of the gym and their same old fitness routine (or lack of a routine) that is not producing any results for them.
We need to stop putting ourselves on diets and instead learn how to eat healthy for the rest of our lives. If we continue to diet to lose weight, we will continue yo-yo-ing through the pounds, up and down, up and down, probably for the rest of our lives, until we stop exercising and then all the sudden the scale only goes up :(
We need to stop putting poison into our bodies...seriously! Processed food is injected with chemicals, I'm not kidding, how do you think it stays "edible" for so long? Our bodies were not designed to eat foods created in a factory, they were designed to eat natural foods that came from the earth, or had a mother! We really shouldn't wonder why we are so disease ridden with cancer, diabetes, heart disease and on and on. We eat pure crap, and then wonder why it's hard to breath when we walk up a flight of stairs.
Ok the negatives: you may get sweaty, it takes up time (but so does sitting on your ass, and exercise gives you more benefits than being a coach potato does), you will have to do more laundry...uh I can't really think of any more.
If you can think of more then check yourself, you are just starting to make excuses for why you can't do it, and if that is the case this probably isn't the blog post for you.
