Last week my nutrition wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. And I bet if I really had tracked EVERYTHING I ate, I probably wouldn't even call it good. When I look back, I sometimes realize I am kidding myself when I say I have done okay with my nutrition. I want to say I have done well, but when I educate myself on what I should be doing...I must admit I am not eating as well as I expect myself to be.
My workouts were HARD this week. There were multiple workouts that I didn't want to finish and my breaks on those days were longer and more frequent than usual.
My cravings this week were worse than usual and no shock, I was craving the things I munched on last week.
I also was just more tired all week, and just felt lethargic and blah. Last week I also had too many late nights.
I know this had everything to do with my nutrition and poor sleep because my workouts have been consistent for the last 3 weeks.
Exercise + Nutrition + Sleep =
HEALTHY HAPPY ME
I have been reading a book about clean eating (that has been sitting on the shelf untouched for too long) to get myself back on track. I am super excited about this book and have been highlighting and taking notes because there are so many good nuggets to use in my challenge groups for my challengers and for my own meal planning this week!
I am getting excited because I am learning my from mistakes and can't wait to see what my results are after I step up my nutrition!
Have a great week everyone and do yourself a favor and make sure to educate yourself on nutrition and evaluate how you are doing
